The Knott County School System notes the HCTC 2011 Commencement Video is on Channel 46. It is scheduled to be broadcast each day on Ch 46 at 2 am, 6 am, 9 am, 12 pm, 3 pm, 5 pm, 8 pm and 11 pm.
