There will be an Iowa State NASCAR racer at Iowa Speedway this month. The race car and speedway promotions will highlight Iowa State's research and development of biofuels.
Inside Edition will air a segment on ISU graduate Kathy Vitzthum tonight(6:30 p.m., KCCI-TV in central Iowa). Vitzthum graduated last weekend after taking once class each semester for 19 years, fulfilling a promise to her father.

Team PrISUm had mixed results during the first day of racing at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. The team's solar race car had good pace, but chassis repairs cost the team hours of track time. The Formula Sun Grand Prix continues today and tomorrow.
